Moulding Made Simple
Homemade chocolates are cheaper yet fun to make, and give the added satisfaction of being something you have made personally!
Each wedding DIY kit comes with step by step instructions but here it is in an nutshell…
Getting Started
Melt moulding candy in a double boiler (or similar) over boiling hot water
(keep away from the stove - once the water's boiled it will stay hot enough for a whole batch).

Making Plain Chocolates
Fill the mould with the melted candy, tap on the bench to remove air bubbles.
Freeze for 5 minutes.

Remove from the freezer -
simply tap the mould until the chocolates pop out.
